MACHINE FEATURE:
- The machine employs an Human Machine Interface (HMI) touch-sensing screen, providing full functions control and display. Operation modes include automatic, stepping and manual. In addition, the control also provides counting and timing functions etc.
- Designed with an independent sealing mechanism, the temperature at 4 sealing positions can be adjusted individually. Sealing pressure can also be adjusted individually. The machine accommodates various films such as HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE.
- A specially designed vacuum bag opening mechanism assures failure-free bag opening. The vacuum force for bag opening is adjustable, which requires only 0.25 MPA air supply for creating a powerful bag opening force. It takes only 0.6 seconds from bag opening to sealing finish. This greatly upgrades production efficiency and quality compared with manual operation.
- The table is equipped with a sealing positioning scale, which provides adjustment on X, Y-axis. Size adjustment is fast: accomplished in only 3 seconds.
- Handle Width Cutting Adjustment Device:Handle width adjustment range is 26~32mm to meet requirement of handle width in various countries.
- The double unwinders may save film roll change times. They also eliminate the problem of length error when unwinding inside and outside film on a single unwinder.
- Versatile Alarm System: The alarm system provides a lack of material alarm, abnormal temperature alarm, abnormal air supply alarm and an alarm to for when the desired quantity has been reached. Various alarms include a buzzer, alarm lamp and alarm display on the touch-sensing screen.
