MACHINE FEATURE:
- Adoption of HMI for easy control and clear display of all functions as well as machine status.
- The function include automatic, one-time cycle, manual operation, and counting/timing control...
- Process saving and avoidance of mis-operation can be reached by the sealing & punching operation in a stage.
- Upper & Lower sealing can be adjusted respectively which is suitable for HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE. So does sealing pressure.
- With only 0.25MPa air pressure supply and 0.6~1 second, speical vacuum bag opening mechanism can stronger the efficiency of opening and never fail.
- The working table is equipped with positioning ruler which can adjust X and Y axis freely in only 3 seconds.
- Rewinder with 2 track can be time-saving for change of mother roll, in the meantime, it can also solve the length difference which occurred by the inner and outer film rolls of single film roll.
- Multifunction alarm system works when no material supply, abnormal temperature & air pressure supply and counting reach etc.
